Job Description:
As a Bilingual Operations Center Agent in Call Center, located in
Seattle WA, our successful team members will perform telephone
interviewing to
collect data for a number of research studies. Bilingual Agents
must be fluent in both Spanish and English (both in oral and
writing skills). Our work
includes the efficient handling of outbound telephone research
studies for our government and commercial clients allowing them to
perform important
research and analysis. Successful agents will have the ability to
contribute to our success in this area, and will develop valuable
skills and enjoy a dynamic
and rewarding work experience.
The Operations Center will operate from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.,
7 days each week. Applicants must be able to work evenings and
nights as well as
weekend days.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
¿ High school diploma or equivalent
¿ Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills and navigation
¿ Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and
written in English and Spanish
Preferred Skills/Experience:
¿ Previous customer service experience
¿ Previous experience as a call center agent is ideal.
¿ Computer software programs proficiency including MS Office (Word,
Excel)
¿ Computer skills, including data entry
Professional Skills:
¿ Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
¿ Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making
capabilities
¿ Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
¿ Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy,
professionalism, and a cooperative attitude
¿ Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work
limited overtime as necessary
