a world-class technology company, is seeking an exceptionally
experienced Applications Manager to join our team as we continue to
innovate and revolutionize the industry. As the Applications
Manager- Integration and Support, you will play a crucial role in
managing and supporting the day-to-day activities of our Oracle ERP
applications and other connected systems. This is an exciting
opportunity to lead a team of analysts, collaborate with various
project teams, and successfully implement changes and enhancements
to our systems.What You'll Do
- Coordinate with various project teams to determine and
successfully implement approved changes and updates into
production.
- Oversee technical support matters concerning ERP, EPM, SPM, and
integrations for business owners, system users, and other involved
parties.
- Mentor and direct the support team, providing guidance and
potential solutions for enhancements and production issues.
- Supervise the running and processing of all EDI/integration
services with trading partners, ensuring flawless execution based
on our corporate schedules.
- Ensure uptime on all internal and external partner
integrations, developing a monitoring toolkit to prioritize and
track issues and meet agreed-upon SLAs.
- Develop policies, procedures, and technical standards for
design, development, and SOP processes.
- Collaborate with providers, vendors, and different teams within
the company to offer initial support and resolve technical and
procedural issues related to EDI and API integrations.Who You Are

processes across a range of different technologies and areas of
expertise.Education and Experience
- 10+ years of technical experience working with Oracle ERP and
other applications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or
a related field.
- 2+ years of customer-facing technical experience in the
technology industry, with expertise in systems integration.
- Experience in the application of modern integration
technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, middleware).
- Demonstrated senior ERP engineer/architect skills, application
knowledge, and business process experience.
- Demonstrated expertise of Oracle development tools, integration
methods, and related technologies.
- Proven track record of effectively contributing to a
team-oriented environment, ensuring exceptional customer service
and taking ownership of solutions.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the
ability to inspire and motivate a team.The base pay range for this
position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The
successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors
such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills,
qualifications, and experience.Salary Range$140,000 - $160,000
