Job Title: Occupational Therapist - SNF/LTCCentra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Aberdeen, South Dakota.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work in a SNF/LTC setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF/LTC setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in a SNF/LTC setting
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of South DakotaBenefits:
