We have an opportunity for a 0.75-1.0 FTE Advanced Practice Provider at our Edmonds Urgent Care/Walkin Clinic location. Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner

• Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License are required for this job.
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.
• 2+ years experience in primary care, urgent care, or emergency room preferred or Physician Assistant-Certified
  • This position requires Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington.
  • Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required depending on the position, as well as prescriptive authority.

    Pay Range
    $61.53 - $77.23 /hour
