You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities

• Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
• Implement evidence-based practices and protocols to enhance patient safety and quality of care.
• Advocate for patients and families, promoting autonomy, dignity, and respect in all interactions.
• Foster a culture of learning and professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in PICC nursing.Requirements
  • Current Washington state RN license.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
