The Sr. Director of Global Customer Education Services for
Smartsheet University will be responsible for leading and inspiring
a growing team that designs and delivers compelling and impactful
learning experiences to our customers and partners. The ideal
candidate will help re-imagine the customer learning journey by
creating a world class learning program that spans modalities and
skills. This program will develop a global workforce of Smartsheet
ambassadors with the ability to achieve meaningful change. We are
looking for a dynamic leader that has vision, depth and execution
experience to drive a strategic part of our business.
You will work across various organizations within Smartsheet, and
with customer / partner groups to refine and grow our education
services business ensuring that Smartsheet has a rich ecosystem of
customers and partners gaining intrinsic value for themselves, and
their businesses.
The Sr. Director of Global Customer Education Services will report
to the Vice President of Professional Services.

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that
may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to
operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by
several factors including, but not limited to, level of
professional, educational experience, skills, and specific
candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a
market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be
eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.US Pay
Range$182,500-$238,750 USD
