Job description:
We are seeking an experienced engineering leader with a strong
background in working with High Technology sector clients and
managing large-scale projects and engagements. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record of successfully leading engineering
teams and delivering projects with budgets of at least $50 million.
The ideal candidate must have experience in Microsoft product
groups mainly around Cloud+AI, Dynamics, M365, Office and Teams.
Someone who has run engagements in these groups and understands the
space and Microsoft behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality projects
on time and within budget.
Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure
successful project outcomes.
Develop and implement engineering strategies and processes to drive
efficiency and innovation.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale
engineering projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
within the engineering team.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in
engineering and project management.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably
within the technology industry.
Proven ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects with
budgets of at least $50 million.
Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and experience
working with High Technology sector clients.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
field; advanced degree.

is [$101,300 - $230,790 / Year]. This role may be eligible for

considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned,
