POSITION SUMMARY - MSW, LMSW or LCSW Social Worker

POSITION DUTIES - discharge planning and social work

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's in SW, would prefer Washington License in Social Work

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - 40 hours, days

SYSTEMS - Meditech and Midas

START DATE - 11/11/24
