Produce Associate Team Lead Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Store Layout and MerchandisingDevelop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Team CollaborationWork closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, and assist with analyzing sales reports and labor.
• Product KnowledgeDemonstrate advanced product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products, and maintain good vendor relationships.
• Team DevelopmentSelect, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel Team Members to sustain a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
• Customer ServiceMaintain awareness of customer flows and needs, and direct Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers, responding promptly to customer needs and questions.Requirements:
  • Experience18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • SkillsExcellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills, with a growth mindset towards greater responsibility and ownership.
