Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Support Desk Associate
responsible for supporting internal sales systems and
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for internal sales systems, handling
escalations and inquiries
Drive rapid responses from internal teams and mentor new hires in
specific areas of expertise
Proactively identify and create improvements to processes and
support requests
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of industry experience
Previous sales or customer support experience
Knowledge of internal company systems, products, and processes
Experience as a subject matter expert in at least one area
