IAM Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an IAM/Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide robust infrastructure support in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with technology teams to analyze and resolve infrastructure issues
Enhance infrastructure stability and performance by identifying and advising on long-term solutions
Leverage automation tools to improve system health and automate restoration processes

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of Unix or Windows Server architecture
Proficiency with Unix/Linux-based operating systems and configuration management tools
Solid networking skills, including DNS/Bind, Samba, and TCP/IP
Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Shell script, Perl, or Python
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory (AD)
