Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Team Leader for Prepared Foods to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of retail execution and delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities

• --- Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• --- Collaborate with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, and analyze sales reports and labor metrics to inform business decisions.
• --- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• --- Foster strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor paperwork.
• --- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.Requirements and Qualifications
  • --- 18+ months of retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • --- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • --- Excellent product knowledge and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • --- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • --- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
