shift.POSITION HIGHLIGHTSPerioperative Anesthetic
ManagementPromotes positive, respectful interpersonal relationships
while communicating effectively with patients and their family, and
acts as a patient advocate through the perioperative period.Acts
with general clinical independence and decision-making
responsibility in concert with the attending anesthesiologist's
guidance and supervision in accordance with the Department of
Anesthesiology guidelines.Conducts a complete and accurate
preoperative patient evaluation to include appropriate
pre-anesthetic counseling and obtaining verbal consent.No weekends,
holidays, nights or callflexible schedulingcase variety, complex
patients8's 10's 12's and 13, hour shiftsREQUIREMENTSRequires
completion of a CRNA educational program and national
certification.LEGAL REQUIREMENTSRequires Washington State RN and
