Job Description:

A company is looking for a Policy & Compliance Operations Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify license renewals according to state guidelines
Conduct compliance audits and manage documentation in Salesforce
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience writing and maintaining standard operating procedures
Understanding of state cannabis laws and SOX compliance
2+ years of policy and compliance operations experience preferred
