A company is looking for a Wholesale Underwriter for Non-Agency
Products to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite loans according to company and investor guidelines
Perform thorough analysis of collateral and credit information
Communicate with clients and teams to resolve outstanding
issues
Required Qualifications
5+ years of mortgage underwriting experience
Experience underwriting Non-Agency or Non-QM loans
DU and LP experience required
Paperless Loan Origination System experience preferred
Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
