Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Scientist in Computational
Chemistry.
Key Responsibilities
Train, assess, deploy, and interpret statistical machine learning
models
Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and product teams to
solve complex data-oriented problems
Communicate complex biological and chemistry concepts to technical
teams and vice versa
Required Qualifications
PhD or Masters with experience in Computational Chemistry,
Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or related fields
At least 5 years of relevant industry experience
Experience with cheminformatics tools and platforms such as RDKit,
OpenBabel, and Schr dinger
Understanding of data modeling and database technologies, including
SQL
Experience managing multiple, parallel projects
