located in the greater Seattle area and works through a hybrid work
environment, with a minimum 2 days in the Seattle office. A few
areas a new Learning and Development Business Partner will be
responsible for include:Partner with HR, Leaders, and Stakeholders
to plan a cohesive learning strategy for the organization that
bridges gaps between business goals and employee development.Design
and develop concise, engaging, and effective training materials and
lead sessions that enable learners to apply what they have learned
into day-to-day workflows to improve job performance (i.e.
Leadership Development, Employee Development)Develop and deliver
technical departmental training curriculum for Claims, Operations,
Underwriting.Develop and deliver skills-based training across the
organization.Use a combination of delivery methods for trainings -
virtual, in person, asynchronous, etc.Track, report, and evaluate
training programs for participation and effectiveness; make
recommendations for new solutions and to improve existing
offerings.Qualifications & Skills: 4+ years of experience in
Learning & Development, applying adult learning principles to
professional development.Proven experience in instructional design
and content creation.Bachelor's degree in HR, Training &
Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational
Psychology, or a related field (preferred).Strong research,
planning, and organizational skills with a keen eye for
detail.Skilled facilitator with the ability to adapt to diverse
learning environments and various skill levels.Deep understanding
of learning and performance principles, including e-learning,
learning management systems, and instructional design.Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.Experience in Claims or
Underwriting, preferredPrior experience in Property & Casualty
Insurance preferred.Comprehensive Benefits:Pay Range: $76,040-
$139,677 depending on experienceFlexible hybrid work schedule (2
