This position requires the candidate to be onsite three days a week in either the Bothell or Bellevue office.

Job Responsibilities:

Identifies functional and technical-specific business requirements, resources and processes for a complex sub-system or major system modification.
Analyzes business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective business systems technology to meet the needs of the organization.
Defines and documents detailed design requirements.
Uses analytical tools and methods to analyze and streamline complex business processes.
Establishes systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel.
Develops detailed selection evaluation criteria based on identified product requirements; assumes full accountability for developing business requirements for complex tasks.
Coordinates impact to vendor and company workflow for a new product from a business perspective.
Coordinates implementation of the system software.
Creates acceptance test plans and acceptance criteria.
Works with technical resources to ensure accurate translation of specifications into workable application code.

Qualifications:

Two (2) year degree or certification in a technology-related field or equivalent combination of education, work experience, or relevant military experience, and at least five (5) years of experience in a related field.
Experience writing test cases and test documentation
Experience supporting UAT efforts.
Requirements management, diagramming, use case development (UML).
Expertise in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies.
Expertise in the design and production of quality deliverables.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Expertise in business case development for medium to large projects.
Has a strong understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the relevant business.
Expertise in process design and documentation methodologies, and design and production of quality deliverables, process and use case modeling, business case development.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written as confirmed through prior work product and samples.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay Range: $60.00 - $68.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
