BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated for Financial
Analyst opportunity in Redmond WAPosition Title: Financial
AnalystLocation: Fully RemoteAnticipated Start Date: - ASAPPlease

Duration: 12+ Months ContractJob Type: Contract and RemotePay
Range: $50/hr. - $55/hr.Please note that actual compensation may
vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience,
and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional
non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,
etc.).Requirements:Typical Day in the Role:Ability to juggle
multiple differently structured cubes and data lakes; experience
with Advanced Excel esp. PowerPivot, Power Query, DAX formulas,
PowerBI Desktop etc.Working with various sources to pull data in
real time: e.g. Mercury, MS Sales, KPI Lake, AzHR, MS People, PnL
Cube and others (MS Cubes experience is a Plus)* Purpose of the
Team: This team is a part of MCAPS and sits in Redmond, WA mainly.
This team handles resource planning for the organization which
includes deciding how many people should be resourced in different
parts of the business so the team can enable right strategies for
the different solution areas across different geographies.* Key
projects: This role will contribute to leading the WW blueprint
conversation across different stakeholders and business teams. This
contractor will be responsible for connecting the data from these
blueprint conversations and converting it into different data
reports and dashboards.* Typical task breakdown and operating
rhythm: 40% data pulling 20% report building 20% data analysis 10%

requirements. This role is very technical heavy - the tech
knowledge is a MUST* Performance Indicators: Performance will be
assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work and feedback
from the team.Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:1.
Minimum 5 years' experience with Working with various sources to

ASSESMENTSummary:The main functions of a financial analyst are to
gather and analyze financial information; will typically conduct
quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs
of public or private institutions. A typical financial analyst is
responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information
for clients.Job Responsibilities:* Assemble spreadsheets and draw
charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.* Analyze
financial information to produce forecast of business, industry and
economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.*
Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield,
stability and future trends in investment risks.* Present oral and
written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations
and entire industries.Skills:* Verbal and written communication
skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.* Ability to
work independently and manage one's time.* Ability to analyze
business trends and project future revenues and expenses.*
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial
markets, and reporting of financial data.* Knowledge of federal,
state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related
to accounting.* Previous experience with computer applications,
such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related
financial software.Education/Experience:* Bachelor's degree in
accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced
degree in financial discipline is preferred.* 5-7 years financial
